Building on the success of the 2009 initiative, Innergy have once again teamed up with the RAF and other leading organisations to develop and run a leadership program for 14 year olds in Merseyside in collaboration with Sefton Education Business Partnership.
The initiative offers youngsters the opportunity to understand best practice leadership, and understand some key approaches to delivering results and working with others.
Innergy’s Gordon Stoddart commented: “It is a fascinating experience to work with people of this age who are hungry to learn, are effectively working from a blank piece of paper with no particular preconceived ideas, and who are in no way cynical as a result of negative management practice they have experienced.
It also reinforces the value of well thought through graduate schemes where raw talent is nurtured and developed by leading organisations and begs the question why more don’t do it. A great initiative and Innergy were delighted to be able to lend our support”
