Team Elements Workshop
An interactive workshop that enables individuals and teams to communicate effectively.
Regardless of the type of relationship you have with another person, whether internal or customer-centric, it is essential that you be able to communicate effectively. This means you need to know how to deliver a message effectively and, in return, how to listen to what someone else is saying.
Team Elements Workshop evaluates both the core elements of communication as well as the individual delegates' personal styles, and then develops action plans to implement new ways of putting this learning into practice.
Prior to the start of the Team Elements Workshop, delegates will receive a complimentary Innergy Profile that will enable them to:

- Develop techniques to better communicate with their colleagues, peers and clients.
