Needs Analysis Workshop

The Innergy Needs Analysis workshop is a highly motivational session, providing a team with the opportunity to come together as a group to determine how well they perceive things are going both for them and the organisation they are employed by.

The workshop provides Innergy with an opportunity to evaluate the key challenges of the business, as seen by the staff, as well as gain an insight into the people themselves and how they interact with each other.

Furthermore, it motivates attendees to want to resolve those challenges.

Supported by a pre-workshop survey (online), the session facilitates a series of coaching and brainstorming activities about:

• Strengths of the company
• Changes in the way things are – past and future
• Challenges this Create
• The Key Challenges which if overcome will take things forward
• The profile of the ideal employee

• Some constructive and anonymous individual message for their management about how they should develop / improve
• What individuals privately see as their greatest training need?

We ask that each of these areas be approached from an individual, team and organisation wide perspective. 

This information is then gathered into a comprehensive ‘Needs Analysis Report’, which we then feed back to the management team (and the staff themselves, we would hope!) along with some analysis, discussion and development of the key action steps required for implementation.
