James Osborne Program Director |
Following graduation from the University of Southampton,
with a Combined Honours Degree in Iberian and Latin American Studies,
James spent a number of years overseas delivering competency based coaching
and training programs, before taking up the post of General Manager
within one of the largest HR service providers in Australia in 1997.
On his return to the UK in 2004, James combined his skills and passion
as a business coach and organisational consultant with his superior
commercial experience, to develop Innergy Ltd, with the mission of enabling
individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their full business
and personal potential.
An accomplished PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor and AYF Inshore Skipper
Instructor for over 10 years, James developed the Seabbatical program
to exercise the true potential of leadership. |

Perry Kaly Program Coordinator |
Perry Kaly, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist with a minor in sport and exercise psychology. He is a staff psychologist at Tampa General Hospital and in private clinical practice in Tampa, Florida USA. He is a US Coast Guard licensed yacht captain and has been involved with adventure based educational and organizational development programs for over 10 years. His doctoral research examined the impact of adventure programs on self-esteem and identity development of adolescents, and is published in the Journal of Experiential Education. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychological Association, the Academy for Eating Disorders, the Association for Experiential Education and the Therapeutic Adventure Professionals Group. He has also consulted with university athletic teams regarding effective teamwork and achieving peak performance in competitive environments. His consulting practice focuses on optimal performance, personal wellness, personal responsibility, teamwork, effective leadership, and developing environments that inspire individuals to live and work with passion, purpose, and a sense of shared responsibility within local and global communities. |

Gordon Stoddart Coaching Coordinator |
Prior to Seabbatical, Gordon was Human Resource Director for a FTSE
250 business. His responsibilities included implementing and managing
significant change, including mergers, acquisitions and performance
improvement as well as developing corporate strategy and culture. His
management experience includes senior roles in sales, operations and
purchasing.
Gordon also has significant experience of developing organisational
service excellence in the UK and abroad and, in 2001, he completed a
Masters Degree in Service Management at the University of Buckingham,
having studied world class service organisations in the US. He was subsequently
invited to become a member of the University's Centre for Research in
the Education, Audit and Management of Service.
Gordon is an accredited assessor of the European Foundation for Quality
Management, which benchmarks organisational excellence across Europe.

Lucy Osborne Nutritionist |
Having trained as a Physiotherapist at UEA in Norwich, Lucy went on
to study Naturopathy at Nature Care College, Sydney, Australia. Nature
Care is one of the leading colleges of natural therapies in Australia,
a country where the natural health sector is highly respected throughout
the world. Lucy successfully graduated as a Naturopath and Remedial
Massage therapist in 2002 after 4 years of full time study.
After graduation, Lucy ran a successful Naturopathy practice in a well-respected
clinic in Macquarie Street, Sydney, consulting with and treating a wide
range of clients from varied backgrounds. Lucy also spent time working
in a cutting edge allergy centre on Sydney's North Shore, and developed
a great interest working with allergic conditions.
Following her return to the UK in 2004, Lucy is now working within
the British market to further impart and develop her passion and in-depth
knowledge of natural therapies. |
