Surveys
The Innergy Surveying Kit provides an easy-to-use, web-based tool for those of our clients who want to quickly gather and measure feedback from clients and employees. Designed with flexibility in mind, each survey question is custom-made to our clients' specifications and surveys can include the company logo or other organization-specific graphics. Once the online survey data have been collected and analysed, a consultant from the Innergy Consultancy division will personally deliver a comprehensive report of the survey results to you, providing practical advice on how to disseminate the results throughout the organization to ensure the implementation of appropriate changes. Where required, facilitated coaching assistance can be provided to managers and human resource personnel to help them successfully navigate through the entire survey cycle with their own team or work group. Our Training division can provide training sessions for managers to teach them strategies for feeding back the survey results to employees and conducting action-planning meetings, as well as developing any highlighted skills and behavioural gaps within the business.
