Workshops

Innergy workshops are interactive, effective and very enjoyable.

Facilitated either as public workshops, or as tailored in-house sessions, they break down barriers and inspire people to step beyond their comfort zones and take ownership of their potential.

Prior to every workshop, both delegates and their sponsoring managers, provide the Innergy facilitator with an agreed list of objectives and outcomes they would like to achieve from the workshop. We use this as a way of guiding specific individuals during the facilitation.

At the end of the workshop, delegates produce a strategic action plan relating to these pre-determined objectives for implementation and review with their manager.
