To minimise the risk of this happening, Innergy are meticulous in our assessment and recruitment of team leader and managers, and we ensure that the top candidates are sourced using a blend of database, search, advertising tools all combined with our 360 recruitment model. As with all Innergy placements, management candidates are rigorously assessed using our online profiling system, and then placed on one of our Extraordinary Leader programs within their first 12 weeks of placement in their new role.
