Building on over 30 years experience working in HR and recruitment, Innergy has developed a unique 4
step approach, known as 360 Recruitment™, that transforms traditional recruitment
practices by adding a rigorous assessment process at the front end and a comprehensive program of training
at the other.
Assessment:
On receipt of a job vacancy from one of our clients, a detailed benchmark is set-up using our online
assessment centre, outlining the ideal skills and attitude for the position. We then profile every
candidate we interview for that role, shortlisting only those who match that criteria.
Interview
Every candidate we send forward to our clients have been rigorously interviewed both on the telephone and
face to face, enabling our consultants to evaluate a candidate's level of self-confidence, their
communication skills, their personal presentation and their ability respond under pressure.
Placement
CVs sent through to our clients for review are complimented with a candidate's personality profile as
well as a full summary from our consultant's interview notes. To ensure greater efficiency, our placement
process is supported by a complete online system, alleviating costly mistakes and delays.
Training
Representative of our commitment to exercising the potential of our candidates, every candidate placed is
then invited back onto one of the Innergy training programs within their first 12 weeks of employment, at

At the end of each of the programs, a final candidate assessment is completed by an Innergy consultant,
and presented back to the client, identifying suggested areas for further development.
