Away Days - Fundamental or just Fun?
I am the branch manager of a large organisation and have been tasked with organising the annual away day, as the HR manager is on maternity leave. Our usual away days generally involve pushing the ethic work hard, play hard, which has continuously yielded good results for our sales team.
This year we have some new staff members who are relatively inexperienced and I want to bring them into the team so they share our ethos. I also want to try something different from the tried and tested usual away days on offer. Can you suggest anything different, which will still have the desired effect?
