Extraordinary Leader Program



The Extraordinary Leader Program (ELP) provides new and experienced managers with the skills and behaviours required to be extraordinary leaders of people.

The program cover the fundamentals of effective leadership, whilst providing delegates with the opportunity to adapt and tailor the ideas to their particular style of management.

During the program, delegates work on a strategic business-related project that continues well after the program is over, supported by their new found tools and capabilities as inspirational leaders.

Program Delivery

The Extraordinary Leader program runs over a two week period as two half day sessions, one week apart.
